By accessing or using ethetfi's platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ethetfi.
ethetfi provides decentralized finance services including liquid staking, yield optimization, and crypto financial tools. The platform operates on public blockchain networks and certain features may be subject to smart contract execution, network fees, and protocol-level risks. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and not a resident of a jurisdiction where crypto financial services are prohibited to use ethetfi. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys; ethetfi does not store or have access to your private keys. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
All staking deposits, withdrawals, and yield distributions are governed by on-chain smart contracts and are final once confirmed on the blockchain. Gas fees and protocol fees are non-refundable and will be disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. ethetfi does not guarantee specific APY rates, which are variable and determined by network conditions.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the ethetfi platform are the exclusive property of ethetfi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use ethetfi for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law. Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform is strictly forbidden. ethetfi reserves the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities and report such conduct to relevant authorities.
Cryptocurrency and DeFi activities carry substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Smart contract vulnerabilities, market volatility, regulatory changes, and network failures may adversely affect your assets. ethetfi does not provide investment advice; all decisions are made at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ethetfi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to ethetfi in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.
ethetfi may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for breach of these Terms or any applicable law, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination. You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use and withdrawing your assets.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the LCIA rules. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
